The Acting High Commissioner of Pakistan, Dr. Sarfraz Ahmed Khan Sipra was the Chief Guest at Gammadda 1000 Project launched by Capital Maharaja at Biyaya, Padaviya. He also planted a coconut tree to commemorate the event. The villagers awarded him with a souvenir.
